He has worked in Education since he was a student in Amsterdam. When he moved to Mexico, continuing with this sort of career was a logical choice, especially with his degrees in English Language and Literature and Translation Studies. He was first hired and trained by Interlingua, worked one semester at the Universidad Intercontinental and then was told by a friend to go to the Tec. He has worked at the TEC since 1997 as an EFL instructor, coordinator, and director. He is currently employed at Tec as Regional Director for the Languages Department and the Languages Center in the Región Monterrey.
